Dan Phillip, our founder loved baseball from an early age and eventually played professionally with the Detroit Tigers. Working with leaders and developing teams for the past 23-years has taught us to challenge others and to challenge ourselves. In order to truly challenge or be challenged we need someone from outside our mind to see our mind more clearly than we see it ourselves. This requires humility with a desire to learn and get better. Leaders must be Lead Learners always looking to grow with a great desire to develop other leaders. Coaches need to see the potential of each person and serve them by helping that person see and believe in their potential as much as the coach does.
